We understand how hard it can be to make large meetings memorable.
We can deliver an interactive keynote to kick off meetings or to motivate groups with a motivational program lasting approximately 45 minutes. We can partner with you either as a single speaker or can deploy a group depending on your needs.
Many of our onsite programs are used in breakout sessions we create for large events. Take a look through the catalog to get an idea of what we do. If you are able to find something that appeals to your group, we can often make a program that fits your timeframe.
Facilitators can help groups get the most from their meetings or retreats.
Our experts can help you to define the mission, vision, and values of your group, identify and resolve obstacles, and plan for change.
We can assist you with your current plan, or help you identify the desired outcomes to create a plan that’s based on them.
We can help groups set goals, maintain momentum, balance conversations, and make connections.
No matter what your goal is, you can expect to engage in guided discussions and planned interactions during our time together.
We would love to hear about your retreat or meeting and help you understand the details.
You can use our interactive team-building challenges to foster trust, promote collaboration, improve problem solving skills, or all three.
We do everything from creating puppets to fashion out of trash.
We know that not all people are able to handle certain challenges. It is possible to be hesitant about trying some of the more adventurous activities.
Sometimes, a tight schedule can mean that a group must get moving as quickly as possible. Many of our programs can be offered as a bootcamp format. These courses are available in a four-day or five-day format and can cover a broad range of topics. These courses can be held at either your location or at an off-site location we arrange.
Each boot camp is unique for each group. More than the information provided during camp, we offer more. We have included activities for team building, cultural site tours, professional counterpart visits, and other programs that are available to all teams who have taken part in these programs.
For small groups that only meet in person once a year, boot camps are a great option. International clients have also used this format. Sometimes, we have even traveled to them. In other cases, they may have sent a delegation.
It can be difficult to travel from one place to the next. It is important to be aware of where you are at any given moment, plan a course, and implement that plan. There will be many mistakes if the process isn’t managed well. This is a costly option.
When employees become disengaged or actively work against the goals of the organization, results suffer. If you’re experiencing a culture crisis, noticing a decline of enthusiasm or ownership, we can help. We also have processes to manage and measure employee engagement.
Our team can provide a snapshot of your current situation through focus groups, surveys, and one-on-1 interviews.
