Top customer support!!!! I emailed customer service asking for a refund. However, they had accidentally charged me an additional month. I received my refund the next day! GREAT!!! !
Unsubscribe from their emails will take you to a blank webpage. To unsubscribe from their website, you had to go through 12 steps. It was not good.
Coursera offers many amazing courses and options. However, Coursera's support system is terrible. They show no compassion or decency when things go wrong. This is an unacceptable way to treat students who pay for these courses.
My certificate is now essentially inoperable because I have not yet received a replacement certificate with the correct verification code. Another issue I faced was billing. I called again. The outgoing message stated that you could leave a message, but that the support team was unable to return phone calls. I have not received a call back and definitely not a refund.
It was once a safe learning environment. But the constant pop-ups about career and goals are becoming annoying.
