It's hard to believe that they have such terrible customer service. They don't answer phones or reply to emails and are almost impossible to reach. The course was completed several months ago, but no certificate has been issued and no reply to all the emails. Do not recommend!

Horrible service. I paid 2 months ago and still haven’t received any feedback. Numerous calls and emails that no one answers... Save yourself the trouble and don't read them. Your money will be stolen, and you'll end up paying nothing! It is very disappointing that Damelin's Owner is content to view the money in his account, without knowing the incompetent employees he employs.

They promise job placements the first year, but they take too long to send transcripts ( fees are paid).

This institution is not recommended to anyone. Their course material is out of date and incompletion, and their lecturers are incompetent. They don't answer my questions and continually refer me to the internet for answers. It's a complete waste of money.

Daylight nightmare. They are busy taking my account to pay for a course I'm not taking, and then they block my bank from accessing that debit order. Beverly Redd has been in contact with me but I have not had any luck.

Damelin has charged my bank account multiple times despite me having sent all cancellation paperwork. They have yet to send me to debt collectors, despite my having received nothing. They are frauds. They are frauds.

The instructions were clear and helped me to understand the process.
