The intensive course was 4 days long. Although the trainer was very friendly and knowledgeable, the aftercare and exam support have been virtually non-existent. It was not as detailed as I expected. We were not given sufficient guidance or support regarding the use of the manual during the open-book ecam. I failed the practitioner exam, and nearly a year later I still have not been able to sit for the exam. The Knowledge Academy experience was disappointing overall. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It is a very welcoming learning environment, with fully furnished facilities, delicious coffee, and experienced facilitators. Leading Training is a fast-paced, focused, and highly effective learning institution. It can be overwhelming to be bombarded daily with life-changing information. But it is worth it. Facilitators are great at sharing their experience and leading workshops. Manuals are easy to read.
