I am in my third year, and I am well aware of the strict SACAP requirements regarding class attendance. Although I admit I missed three classes for one module, I was still marked absent from four classes. SACAP has asked me to contact them about this. They require the relevant documentation for missing the third class. This information is clearly in the student handbook. Unfortunately, I'm unable to provide the document. What I don't understand is that I have a high module engagement mark, and that we didn't have many asynchronous activities in that module. Both of my assignments were passed. If the module is still available, I will be able to go back and complete it again. This is unfair to me because a SACAP peer missed three classes but didn't have to repeat the module. It is absurd that I must pay for a module for which I received good marks. What if the module isn't available next term? When do I expect to graduate? I would like more help from SACAP.

We have been cancelling a Masters Programme for two months now. Now we have written confirmation that payment will be made ..... What a joke! There are no answering machines. No replies - even the Financial Manager laughed at me! This is a joke! !

To broaden my work opportunities and gain insight into human psychology, I started studying. I was looking for more productive and meaningful ways to live, work, and thrive. Psychology has always interested me so it was an easy choice to pursue an accredited qualification that would be recognized internationally if necessary.

This course was so costly and I feel discouraged. It is a huge waste to have to repay creditors this amount without even being able prove that I studied and used the skills to advance in society.

SACAP is the most unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with. This joke of an institution is not worth your money.
