Course description: This course covers important aspects of server-side and client-side interaction in the Internet. This course provides practical training in designing and creating static Web pages. This course will help users understand and explain the common terms associated with the Internet. They will be able use a variety tools to create and publish Web pages that are engaging and user-friendly. Although this course is introductory (you won't be required to do any client-side programming), you will get meaningful exposure to advanced topics like HTML hand-coding, CSS (Cascading style Sheets) and HTML hand-coding. We recommend the short course Developing web apps with PHP as a follow-up. This course will help you create dynamic and more advanced web sites.
